What began as a husband-and-wife culinary duo has blossomed into a lovely partnership between two wives—not married to each other—who share a deep passion for nurturing their boutique catering and private chef business, Chef Sage & Rosemary.

Meet Mary!

Mary has over 25 years of culinary and hospitality experience and loves all the details. As founder of Chef Sage & Rosemary, she’s a self-motivated entrepreneur passionate about starting from scratch. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, she spent two years at the 3-Michelin star restaurant per se before moving to Phoenix to manage Castle Hot Springs' restaurant. In 2024, Mary and her husband, Chris, started Chef Sage & Rosemary, offering boutique catering and private chef experiences in the Valley. When Chris became a full-time private chef for a family, Mary welcomed Andee to the team. Besides being a chef and business owner, Mary teaches Bikram hot yoga at the Foundry Arrowhead Ranch. She thrives in the heat, loves rocks, and enjoys expressing herself through art, playlists, and cooking!

Meet Andee!

Andee is a multifaceted professional with over a decade of experience in hospitality and specialty food. Her roles include cheese expert, event coordinator, and marketer, all focused on creating connections and memorable experiences. She values detail and atmosphere. Fav quote by Julia Child: “People who love to eat are always the best people,” Andee is obsessed with all things Phoenix, especially the food & people. She enjoys arts & crafts, as well as spending time with her husband and cat, Alley & Appa.

  • Shea Cheese (2023–2025): Cheese Specialist and Event Coordinator, creating artisan cheese boards and leading tasting classes.

  • Whole Foods Market (2012–2023): Gained extensive experience in specialty food, merchandising, and customer service; became an ACS Certified Cheese Professional.

  • ACS Certified Cheese Professional (2017–Present): Earned certification and continues to educate others about artisan cheese through events and mentorship.
