Our Goals

1. To cultivate a work & life rhythm, where the work we do affords us the ability to save, becoming debt free and growing equity, to save substantially for retirement, as well as have the non-working time to “fill our cups” with self-care, community and family time, movement and adventure as well as annual international travel trips.

2. To create a functioning business that improves the hospitality industry from the inside out, providing opportunities for fair and motivating employment, as well as creating unforgettable, thoughtful and loving events through our hospitality and culinary efforts.

3. To have earned through our honest and loving efforts the ability to invest in other businesses and concepts that would enrich our community.

4. To bring awareness and strengthen each aspect of the mind: faith, self-control, determination, concentration and patience.
